All prices shown on our website are final prices. Choice Dolls Houses are authorised to accept credit card
payments over the telephone, and we also accept cheque or cash payments. Please feel free to call us
with any payment or billing enquiries.
We accept payment with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Switch & Maestro card. Our online shopping pages of the website are secure using the encrypted HTTPS (SSL) channel. We take payment from your card 24 hours before your order is despatched. As soon as your order is despatched your card details are removed from our system.
We do keep your contact details for our reference but we will not pass on these details to any other parties.
If you wish to place an order with us but are concerned about using the internet then we are happy to take your order via the telephone (+44) (0)1444 452989 or via email.
Every attempt is made to honour special offers. If due to no fault of Choice Dolls Houses supplies run out, then the special offer becomes null and void.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If items are out of stock, dispatch may be slightly delayed. Please inform us if your order is required for a specific date.
Support
If you have ordered a self-assembly dolls house, and encounter any difficulties when putting it together,
don't hesitate to ring us for free advice and support!
Returns Policy and Guarantee
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without reason. If you cancel your order within 7 days we will return your money within 30 days of cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected).
Returned items must be in their original packing. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
For damaged goods we will replace the component part where possible, or replace the item.
When returning goods please quote our reference number as shown on the delivery note. Please send your query via e-mail to: returns@chce.co.uk
We also suggest you use Registered Post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
Complaints
If you should have any queries or complaints regarding our products or services, or have any questions regarding our returns policy, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please Note
We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered as per your instructions. Usually a signature is required. If you are out a card will be left requesting you contact the Courier's local depot to arrange re-delivery, or your local post office. If they do not hear from you within 5 working days your order may be returned to our office. If the delivery is returned to our offices we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
