Designed to be equally suitable for either modern or Victorian room settings. The large bay windows allow glimpses of the interior and are especially attractive for settings with interior lighting. The bedrooms in the roof-space have dormer windows and the porch features attractive supporting brackets. The kit comes complete with sashes, porch, cills and stair railings.

The 1st and 2nd floor rooms are identical, with:

1 room 360 x 330 x 200mm
The attic rooms are the same width and depth but with a sloping ceiling.
