The kit comes complete with sashes, bays, cills and stair railings.

1st and 2nd floor rooms are identical, being:

1 room @ 360 x 332 x 200mm (14.25 x 13.25 x 8 inches)
The attic rooms are the same dimensions except that the ceiling is sloped.
