Oak HouseThis magnificent Tudor style house features exterior chimney breasts and side windows, and the optional interior beams add to the authenticity of this charming period residence. 1st and 2nd floors are identical featuring:
1 room @ 260 x 350 x 195mm (10.25 x 13.75 x 7.75 inches)
1 room @ 275 x 350 x 195mm (10.75 x 13.75 x 7.75 inches)
The hall/stairwell is 150mm (6 inches) wide.
The attic has two further rooms which have the same dimensions but with a sloping ceiling.
Decorating
It is recommended that the carcass is decorated before the beams are attached. The beams should be stained or painted before gluing on (these beams can be distressed with a knife for a more realistic effect)
